
Consistency is a byproduct of developing a habit. Use the 3-3-3 rule: 3 days to start, 3 weeks to build a routine, and 3 months to develop a habit. That means you’ll have to push yourself for at least 90 days, every day. After 3 months, you’ll have developed the habit and it will feel less like a chore and more like a normal part of your life.
