Does anyone know if I should work on cardio more or lift to get more definition in my abs? Help a girl out plz😫

Cardio definitely helps but also really focusing on some ab workouts like crunches leg lifts and rollouts to make them pop

Work them regularly in lifts, do cardio after your lifts not before, and stay in a calorie deficit👌🏼

Heavy compound lifts that you need to use your core to stabilize are so good and overlooked! Make sure ur hitting those squats and hip thrusts

Just have to drop body fat so stay in deficit. Create deficit by eating less or doing cardio or both. Up to you.

Can’t really see ur stomach in ur posts but abs def is generally dictated by body fat %. More cardio, staying in a caloric deficit, etc will get u more definition in ur abs. U can train them and it will help too, just not as much as being lean
