So have I just been wasting time and money dry scooping creatine

Creatine is good, i recommend about 5g a day especially if you’re working out everyday. Pill form for me is easier and faster to take. Try to space it out through the day to get less of bloating but keep the water retention. also drinks tons of water while taking creatine, can dehydrate yourself quick

I take creatine and have been for a sec I was just dry scooping the powder which I just learned isn’t a good way to do it

It’s not very efficient in that, its whole job is to pull water into muscle cells. Dry scooping it isn’t harmful but it is pointless for sure
