It can, but does not inherently. Running can kill gains IF
1. You’re doing it before your lifts and making your workouts worse
2. It’s causing you to be in a calorie deficit
3. You’re running so much that it is hurting your ability to recover

Nope. I run on my bulk, cut, and while maintaining. Still reach my goals. Just eat enough protein/calories overall. And if your goal is building muscle, save it for after the gym or on a different day

Sprint intervals allegedly boost test and hgh. Hgh by 700% if you do the right intervals. I never tested my blood after adding it to work outs but, I def felt the mood/recovery boost.

I’m not 100% sure but I think it does. I wasn’t really “gains” focused so I didn’t mind but I 100% lost some of the more “bulky” muscle. I think running just leags you out. I def still have all the muscles I did before, some just smaller

i’m 125 and eating 160g a day, could it just be body dysmorphia then? Someone said to focus on being in zone 2 when running
