The gym is therapy: -The bench press is my therapist -The squat rack is my Nurse Practitioner -The free weights are my antidepressants -The stair master is my adderallYes working out stimulates your brain in a very similar way!!! You release endorphins in your brain so it should feel really good!!! But this does mean it can become an addiction which a lot of people ignore because working out is healthy but you can do to much or have too much of anything!! Please be respectful to your body!!! (I also love the stairmaster!!)
