Work out makes your brain produce good chemicals it’s good you cope this way! Anything can become an addiction though and a way to avoid problems work out responsibly!

Yes working out stimulates your brain in a very similar way!!! You release endorphins in your brain so it should feel really good!!! But this does mean it can become an addiction which a lot of people ignore because working out is healthy but you can do to much or have too much of anything!! Please be respectful to your body!!! (I also love the stairmaster!!)
