Nobody who claims that they are at 1200 calories a day and can’t lose weight actually uses a scale and does the math. They just make a guess and it’s usually off by at least 1000 calories. If you are not incredibly experienced with calories and dieting, then you will not be able to estimate your calories even remotely accurately.

I saw a British study about this and the lady was off by over 2000 calories
