Has anyone switched from weight training to pilates? Or hot yoga? I don’t see much progress after lifting weights for years. Looking to switch it up but not sure if it’s worth it.
What reasoning could you possibly have to assume Pilates or hot yoga would be better at changing your body

Then you’re either not lifting with enough intensity or you’re not tracking what you eat

the only thing pilates could be good for aesthetically is if u wanna debulk aka lose muscle

If you aren’t seeing progress with your weight training then there’s probably an issue with your training. Pilates and yoga have their place within fitness, but making your body look meaningfully different is not one of them.
