if it was 10,15 or even 20 pounds you could prob do it relatively safely ish sort of but there is just no way to do it in 2 weeks without severely damaging your long AND short term health. You’ll have muscle strictures and dramatically increase your risk for clots and stroke if you try to stop that much weight so fast. You could have a heart attack from electrolyte imbalance. Please just skip the fight or show it’s not worth it.
Drink a bunch of water for a week, reduce food over time (def no carbs and salt. Eat protein/carbs). A few days out (5-6) reduce water intake till you’re drinking nothing day of. Use sauna suits, Saran Wrap, sweaters, sauna and try to dehydrate as much as possible without passing out. If you’re posing, take a bunch of salt right before posing to make veins pop out. If fighting, rehydrate as quick as possible using pedialyte or something.
