
Find a routine you like, stay with it. Find workout that you feel where you should feel it, and stick with them in your routine. If you want to change something up, add it to the workout first to feel it out and then maybe replace it with something else. Chicken will always be the best option for protein but don’t ONLY eat it bc you need the micronutrients from other sources as well. STOP 😩 DRINKING 😩 YOUR 😩 CALORIES. Water, water flavor, sugar free options and you’re set.
Be mindful with how to fuel your body (verbally, physically, emotionally), be respectful and give it grace. If you don’t like something, change something. Stop watching what others consume- you aren’t living as them, they aren’t living as you. Listen to your body, remember its cues, and learn from it so you can better take care of yourself. Along these lines- you can take in info (food hacks, routines, workouts) from others but always with a grain of salt and make sure it works for you
