If you actually have to ask if using exercise equipment where you walk up stairs is gay, then you’re pretty clearly not very confident in your sexuality to begin with.

Stairmaster is just for cardio not for targeting glutes

Fr im gay and use the stair master. They think that targeting glutes is fruity. Like no its one of the most important muscles in your body for movement

The stairmaster is not a good way to target the glutes, it’s cardio

But you are right that glutes are very important for movement and posture

OP means if they were to do cardio, they would do cardio that targeted glutes. Hop on stairmaster for 10 mins and I'm fairly confident you'll feel a pain in ur ass the next day from OP because ur ass got so fat

No form of cardio is going to meaningfully grow your glutes is what I’m saying. Feeling a burn and causing meaningful growth are not correlated.

It strengthens your glutes as well if you are doing the correct speed and using your heel first

It’s a very poor glute builder. It’s like trying to build your biceps by curling a 1 pound dumbell for 30 minutes straight

If it trains your glutes you might have below average glutes and working out is prob just making up for what you body needs for normal output of energy by building muscle

Also when I do stairmaster I’ve only felt it in my quads

It’s a squat pattern movement, so it’s gonna utilize your glutes, quads, and adductor magnus. Where you feel it most is gonna come down to your personal form.
