I used to love running & lifting. XC/track in high school. Lifted consistently most of college.
A year into work, i come home stressed and exhausted out of my mind and feel like i have no energy to stay active. I can feel myself getting fatter. Any advic
If u can workout for even 20 minutes you have to be okay with that. The only bad workout is the one you don’t do. I’m in a similar boat and this is the only way I could get back into it

1. But also nutrition is a big part. When you’re less active but still eating relatively balanced and proportional to your maintenance, you shouldn’t be getting fatter as you said. Do you think your diet is also less on track?
