Any advice on building up strength in my arms ? I’m a cheerleader so I wanna do better to support my girls !! ( I’m a girl myself keep in mind) (5’10 186lbs)

Pull-ups and pushups. If you can’t do pull-ups yet, use the assisted pull-up machine or a band. You can also work out with weights doing bench press (dumbbell or barbell), barbell rows, and overhead press. Since your focus is on strength you wanna do low reps

Also make sure you get enough protein. Protein powder is good in smoothies, and lean meat is also really good
