The BMI scale is a top tier opp of mine. Its existence makes me so MAD. Especially bc I majored in Biochem, on top of being a gym rat, it's just utter BS all around WHY is it the main blueprint in 2026!? WHY is it used by doctors?? My lil sister developed a gnarly eating disorder bc the doctor told her she was overweight (according to BMI) and needed to lose weight when she was 13! She was 124lbs!
