Try also iron supplements so your body doesn't think you're bleeding out and anemic

Water water water and a lil caffeine can go a long way (caffeine is an appetite suppressant) i personally enjoy dr pepper zero cause a touch of bloating but spam water andddd make sure to get good sleep like be asleep by 10
