I have the inov8 f-lite g300’s as my lifting shoe(cleans, squats, etc) and then will just have whatever running shoe for cardio. My running shoe does change based on my running workout(sprinting vs tempo vs long run) so it’s hard to say what shoe I’d recommend for running
