Do I need to prioritize weight loss before muscle gain like should I not be going as hard at the gym and do more dieting and cardio stuff so I can get rid of my lower belly fat along with my pec fat and love handles?

body recomp only works with high body fat, I’m in the same boat I keep training heavy and stay in a deficit prioritize protein and fats, you’ll be fine and be consistent
