Do I need to prioritize weight loss before muscle gain like should I not be going as hard at the gym and do more dieting and cardio stuff so I can get rid of my lower belly fat along with my pec fat and love handles?

body recomp only works with high body fat, I’m in the same boat I keep training heavy and stay in a deficit prioritize protein and fats, you’ll be fine and be consistent

nonfat Greek yogurt, almonds, meats, Catalina crunch, whey powder, premier protein shakes, quest chips, fairlife fat free milk, download macrofirst and keep track, and MAKE SURE YOU SLEEP 8 hours
