So this month I committed to hitting 250 Miles Cycling, while setting a hard goal of 10k steps a day. I failed the hard goal, but for cycling I’m at 142 Miles for the month. I think you know I’m doing good for someone who hasn’t worked out in years.

The way I see it is some progress. Mix that in with actually cutting out fast food and soda, I’m stepping in the right direction. Now I just need to hit the walking goal and get back into weight lifting and I think I’m set.
