The issue is that women will wear extremely revealing clothing to the gym and then bitch and moan when they are looked at after bringing it upon themselves. Also some people are fr wearing like one pieces to the gym and that isn’t right

Nobody wears tight clothes not expecting to be looked at. I’ve talked to several girls about this, and none of them give a shit about some eyes on them. It’s only a problem if somebody is being a genuine creep.
