Well #1 for me personally was, no DoorDash, no fast food, no eating out (except if invited by friend for like a birthday or smthn in that case focus on protein and veg), no SWEET SPICY DORITOS or mindless snacking while watching tv. Max on protein and veggies, some fruit (personally I consume a lot of fruit, but for others this might not be good). Do what makes you FEEL GOOD (you might not know what this is yet - I used to hate cardio but now I love it - used to love legs, now I love arms more)
TRY NEW SHIT. I danced with hot moms for WERQ for cardio and to this day it’s the hardest workout I’ve done. You might feel weird at first but SUSPEND your embarrassment. Because YOU are out there DOING IT. While others are still rotting in bed. Everyday you become better and better. Eventually you will be an entirely different person. Remember your WHY. The reason you are doing this. And it should be for you. not because you want other people to think you’re prettier. Or because someone hurt u
