Today was my first day at the gym, I used some machines (don’t know if I did good) I’m mostly trying to focus on my back and core and my legs and arms were trembling by the end and my shoulders hurt so I think that’s good?

let’s gooo first step in the journey- your gonna be very sore after your first few times working out, but it gets 10x better… stay consistent and awesome stuff happens!!
