I’m genuinely envious of people who love getting their exercise and find it genuinely rewarding, because I just can’t. I can’t and I feel like garbage every day

I don't think I find it rewarding or love it in and of itself but I do it religiously out of a love of routine... I feel like garbage a lot of the time (chronic illness) but I know it'd be garbage-er if I didn't and I know every time I quit it's 100000% harder to get started again

Branch out and look for things to do. Theres gotta be some kind of physical activity that you don’t hate

I don't know that any of that is any help to your situation, but you're not alone in finding it hard and there are probably plenty of others who feel the same but don't talk about it. The jealousy and comparison is a false ideal. *You're* the baseline for your own comparison. Your best effort doesn't have to match someone else's and that's okay!
