this might be an atypical question but i assume this group could weigh in: i am RAPIDLY losing weight & while I am intentionally doing it I feel like I’m doing it wrong? Maybe starving & losing muscle. Went from 163 to 149 in about 2 months… Normal?

It's possible you're losing muscle, what's more important though is your health. Pay attention to how you feel in terms of energy level, sleep quality, physical/mental fatigue and muscle soreness and time to recover after each workout,m. If your body is in starvation there will be other signs besides just weight loss

Bad long as you're eating above 1300 calories and not overdoing your workouts you should be fine. Dieting and working out should have you lose 1-2 lbs per week (if doing it the healthy way) and you're at 1.75

That rate of weight loss isn't unhealthy, but you should definitely try to eat enough protein to keep your body from eating away at your muscle

Ok cool, I’m not tracking macros so that might be why I wanted to check in about if people thought it was muscle loss, but I eat majority protein and the rate is right so I feel okay now
