Any tips on how to pose legs. Prolly just don’t have the definition for it but any advice would be great

Your stance should be about hip width or slightly wider and your feet should be slightly pointed out, like maybe 45 degrees or something like that. Your knees should have a soft bend and think about spreading the floor outwards with your feet to flex your quads, and flex your glutes to activate your adductors (inner thigh)

If you want to try a more “classic” stance with a stagger, lean your weight onto one leg while flexing your glutes so your hips are still facing straight center. Everything else is the same except now your torso is displaced over your rear leg (but still facing center)
