question: how does one actually get back into the gym? ive been in the gym before but never consistently and i really want to. i just have no idea where to start 😭😭 and things are super confusing for me… like form, progressive overload??? any tips?

Just start by establishing a gym schedule! Like how many days u wanna go per week, what u wanna hit each day, etc

I actually made a ~40 video on progressive overload if you wanna check it out. It's on my ig @dev27lifts in the highlight "Educational". You can also find tons of videos explaining routines, progressive overload, form, etc on YouTube. Jeff Nippard is a great resource
