i can’t afford a gym membership rn (it’s rough out here) but campus is abt a mile and a half away (round trip) and i’ve been walking and riding my skateboard more lately as well as more pushups and planks &eating better and im down 7.4lbs in 2 weeks!
Keep it up bro! That’s honestly a huge flex because for me I find it so hard to motivate myself to exercise unless it’s in the gym or an outside activity.
