more protein and fiber = feeling full for longer. watch the amount of carbs you take in and calories too. should be in a slight calorie deficit so you don’t feel like shit when working out

You need to hold yourself accountable my guy. No one is coming to hold your hand. No one is coming to tell you to wake up early to hit the gym. No one is going to tell you what to eat.
