i’ve been struggling with my motivation in the gym i used to be so locked in and i would go all the time and i started eating healthier but life stuff happened and ive lost almost all my motivation and now ive been gaining weight that i dont want.tips pls

Focus on your support system, I know when I started to first make it changes to my diet and exercise. The one thing that helped me lock in was my family and friends who I told about my goals and they supported me helped. Encourage me. Just make sure they’re the right type of people that will uplift you and not undermine you for your achievements. Find people that make you want to keep going.
