Why am I losing my abs now that I’m weightlifting but I had them for years without doing anything?

Could be a lot. Age. Calories. Water retention. Stress. Make sure you don't neglect ab workouts now that you're lifting

Nothing wrong with that but you’re probably gaining more weight due to more activity not a bad thing at all part of the process. Those bad boys are still in there just in the shed. More weight and food=more muscle growth and strength

Nah especially if you’re kinda new InThe gym it’s a process keep eating the calories and building muscle incorporate more abs to build while they are in the shed. More muscle= more calories needed. It takes a long time.
