Lmao yes, as someone who also loves caffeine. But also I meant more so in the things you do to stay active. You say you have “potential” but there are so many things you could do other than just “gym.” Maybe you like weight lifting, or Pilates, yoga, running, swimming…. Find what you enjoy and want to do, and it won’t be as difficult to keep doing it.
