Also about junk food, have you tried like protein snacks and snacks from brands like lesser evil? Still not great but so much better for you than regular junk food

For abs: I've been working out my core and walking a ton daily. For non bloating: making sure to drink tons of water/tea but also not over eating; so eating slower and making sure to intuitively eat during the meal (it's hard tho bc the food is fire) and staying away from junk food!

Instead of dieting, I just try to incorporate more whole foods and make sure that I have nutrient packed meals that are both yummy and healthy. I find that having a salad with whatever main entree helps with adding greens with less prep. For me, I don't find dieting sustainable and would rather enjoy my meals, so it's all in the balance! And ofc I still do eat junk food here and there but just not as often... whenever I don't have it for a while, I notice it's not as good as I remember ๐Ÿ˜‚

I have tried them, I just don't really like the taste that it has, but if you have any recommendations of protein snacks that don't have as bad as a strong taste pls lmk! It is an easier way to get some protein in, but I prefer eating eggs, meat, or nuts ๐Ÿ˜‚

I do too, but I have a MAJOR sweet tooth. I really like barebells, built puff and the stuff from legendary foods like the protein pastries are so good!! Also halo top ice cream is pretty good macros wise from what Iโ€™ve heard!!
