For abs: I've been working out my core and walking a ton daily. For non bloating: making sure to drink tons of water/tea but also not over eating; so eating slower and making sure to intuitively eat during the meal (it's hard tho bc the food is fire) and staying away from junk food!
Instead of dieting, I just try to incorporate more whole foods and make sure that I have nutrient packed meals that are both yummy and healthy. I find that having a salad with whatever main entree helps with adding greens with less prep. For me, I don't find dieting sustainable and would rather enjoy my meals, so it's all in the balance! And ofc I still do eat junk food here and there but just not as often... whenever I don't have it for a while, I notice it's not as good as I remember ๐
