It really has no benefits if you’re not regularly lifting. SOME research indicates macrodoses are good for your brain, but that’s largely speculative. My advice: if you’re lifting regularly, it’s a the best and only supplement you should take. If you’re not lifting regularly, don’t bother, it won’t really do anything

Assuming you’re training and doing progressive overload it will allow you to add a few more reps in a set. As #1 said there’s also Single High Dose applications for cognition. Also there is notable research in increasing the efficacy of SSRIs and other situations necessitating brain energy metabolism
