Have one dedicated arm day / week. Goes Tri, Bi, Delt, Bi, Tri, Delt, Bi. I’ll pick and choose the movements I want every other week to allow myself to hit different parts of my arms with good intensity and focuses. Everything I do is 2 sets of 12 for arms. With an occasional 3rd DropSet. Higher volume tends to work better with my arms, and helps keep tendinitis at bay etc
