What’s decent for bench press as a woman/what do I strive for. Just started doing bench and I feel like SpongeBob with his marshmallows on a stick in that one episode when I rep the bar and 15s on each side.
If you’re doing the bar, with weight on each side and you just started as a girl… good job 👏

Omg my gym friend and I were just making that joke the other day when we were spotting each other 🤣 best I’ve gotten to was 22.5s on each side. It’s slow, but it’s an improvement! 🤣

So do I! It’s ok, just keep at it and you will get better over time! I’ve been at it for about a year 💀but yes I do max out the leg press machine so we girlies do have our strength somewhere haha
