So I don’t know if someone has told you yet but puking at any point aside from extreme cardio isn’t normal. I’ll sweat gallons but never puke

i would multiple times a workout when i was in a beyond psychotic and mentally not good phase of life. dont push yourself to the point of puking. its not good

Never leg day. I’ve done it a few times for “send it all until I physically can’t anymore” cardio, but never lifting of any kind

I have before, but eating a snack before the gym really really helped me with this! Having something small like a banana, rice cake, or piece of toast is a must for me. I hope this helps you too!!

thanks i wasn’t sure if it was related to my vomiting disorder or if it was a side effect other people also experienced because i know a lot of people talk about leg day being the worst one i wasn’t sure if that was why 😭

Your legs are a huge muscle group, so it take a lot more effort to exert them than like arm day for example
