I’m just getting into the gym but am debating on what gym to go to, any recommendations/suggestions? Don’t want one that’s super expensive

How much are you interested in paying and where you live?

Also do you want more cardio or strength training? Or more serious gym type with lots of free weights

I live in Wisconsin in the middle of nowhere basically lol, I’d be willing to pay around $50 a month but probably nothing higher

A mix of cardio and weight lifting, ease into the gym with cardio and then make my way up to weight lifting

So for now planet fitness is probably a good option for you, it has plenty of cardio and the weighted machines are simple but effective. Ik planet fitness gets a lot of hate but it is a good starter gym.

I was looking at that one along with sunshine fitness, anytime fitness, and snap fitness

Crunch is so much better than planet fitness for the same price

Crunch? That’s a new one, I’ve never heard of it but I’ll look into it!
