does anyone else struggle with seeing the scale go up even though you’re working out to build muscle? like i know it’s a good thing but im so used to wanting the number to be lower it kinda makes me feel shitty

I still do and I’ve been in the gym for 4 years, that hasn’t stopped me from continuing to gain muscle tho
