For the girls- what workouts do yall do to tone your inner thighs? My quads and hamstrings are solid but my inner thighs will not turn to muscle and I just want to tone them up so they’re not so squishy and so they’ll match the rest of my legs
Toning isn’t real it’s just losing fat and gaining muscle. Just keep doing adductors and cardio

I do use it but it still doesn’t really slim it down, and I do 30 min on the stair master so idk what I’m doing wrong

I think what holds back a lot of people from seeing results is the fear of being judged by others in public. You should not be able to do the same amount of reps you did on the following sets after the first. I would add a squat and hinge pattern if you aren’t doing those already.

Ohhhhhh my god okay so I think I’ve actually been plateauing then cause I get nervous that people will judge if I go to heavy but can’t complete the full amount of reps. Thank you!!!!
