Remind yourself that you don’t need to go 7 days a week to see results. Even if you can only go 3 days a week that’s still more than you used to do. Also depending on your major, take your school work with you if possible. I take my phone or iPad and watch lecture videos, assigned readings, flashcards, etc while on the treadmill or bike. Go with a friend sometimes. Then you feel like you got to socialize and do something good for your body even if you’re busy with school.
