Yes. U need to keep ur water intake up tho. Not sure how big u are so can’t recommend an amount but I shoot for 144oz a day. I’m 5’11” 190 bw

Creatine is the most well-researched supplement with virtually no negative side effects, unless you’re not drinking enough water. I know a lot of women complain about bloating, but I found that the “bloating” was actually just my stomach being full of water. Once my body adjusted (~2 weeks), I felt great.
