Just had the worst workout since I started in August. Busy gym, zero mind-muscle connection, poor form, mobility issues, worse golfers elbow than usual, broken leg curl machine. I already know it’s going to be a bitch to get myself to go again Thursday

And when it comes to the golfer’s elbow I can’t figure out for the LIFE OF ME why I even have it. Afaik I haven’t done any activities that put strain on the forearm tendons before I started weightlifting and it was there from the start. It doesn’t make any sense 😭
