Enlisting to the army soon, anyone recommend good gym day splits? Not sure what entirely to maximize before I go to BCT.

they do alot of running, rucking, and crossfit type workouts more than heavy lifting from what I know. So lifting it dope do like a push pull legs so it’s simple and you can get started today. also run 3-5 times a week depending on how it feels to you to work on conditioning.
