Ima keep it a buck, the BEST way to lose fat is high intensity low volume workouts. Aka lifting weights. Pair that with low intensity cardio after lifting and calorie deficit containing mostly protein, you’ll lose fat way more efficiently then any other way besides ozempic.

Protein helps get rid of fat, so go heavy on those and cardio would be your best workout routine as it burns fat faster so does abs as it will snatch your waist.

All of this advice is great but it sort of depends what your goals are. If you want to keep your general figure but be smaller dieting and cardio will work, but if you want to be smaller and change your figure (bigger butt, wider shoulders to make yourself more hourglass) you need to start lifting weights that will develop your butt and shoulders to make those changes. not necessarily less, just intentionally. focus on nutrient dense options like leafy greens and lean proteins if you can, and cut out sugary/carb heavy drinks if you haven’t already.

eat a lot of things filled with water. they’re not dense in calories but will fill you up. ie cucumber, zucchini, lettuce. plenty of options and many meals to make them with. stay away from fried/junk foods. if possible, combine it with the stair-master or high intensity cardio and the weight should fall off 👍

Salads are a classic. You can always go the chicken breast & rice route. You can always find calorie info online, but in general, if a meal doesn’t seem heavy, it’s probably not.

I had a hard time with chips and anything with a bag or box, i usually put them in a bowl to have a "limit" cause it's hard to count when you're eating straight from the bag. You got this girl✌️
