I haven’t deadlifted in a while and don’t have access to a gym for 3 weeks, what ballpark estimate do you think my conventional deadlift is?

Hmm I would guess probably in the range of 365-405 for a 1 rep max

I basically do it similar to a deadlift except I bend my legs a lot less and purely focus on hinging it. I lower it more than I need to though, I’m usually a few inches off the ground at the lowest

I do bend them, just not as much as I would when i used to conventional deadlift (I used to bend my legs more to involve some quads and get the weight off the ground)
