The nutrition will be listed somewhere whether there or online, my school uses the Nutrislice app. When I cut I normally skipped breakfast and had a huge salad at lunch which was actually gas as fuck for 300ish calories I think? I never added it up

dining halls use a lot of oil so try to stay away from the fried or grilled food. my go to are wraps and thin crust pizza

Lean chicken and fruits and veggies managed to get to sub 12 on dining hall food this is what my plate usually looks like also if you send chat gpt a photo it’s kinda accurate with cals so you can get a rough idea

if u look up our dining hall menu it gives u the macros and cals of everything. it prob isnt 100% accurate but its better than nothing

Just be careful skipping meals can lead to an ed. It’s not talked abt enough in gym community I’ve seen a lot of gym guys get them.
