Kinda was advice on seeing more definition of my abs. I’ve been going to the gym for a while now and I still see no progress with my core. I tried to consume at least 100 grams of protein. and lift heavy. if anyone give us a split, that would be amazing.

Do a heavy ab crunch, like a cable crunch or a machine crunch, 2-3x a week, 2-3 sets per session, 5-10ish reps close to, or to failure. Make sure to keep your hips still so that the movement has you flexing your spine, not your hips. Also, eat in a calorie deficit
