I can lift the same on both arms, but I feel like my right arm is noticeably bigger than my left. Any tips/advice?

gooner, but I learned that the body is asymmetrical most of the time so one half can be beefy and the other can be noodly and that’s just how you’re set up

Well yeah, I’m rather light and when I started bowling I didn’t go to the gym AT ALL. I started going to the gym 3 years after I started bowling. I was thin and weighed around 120lbs. Plus I bowl with a 14lb ball. At that time I couldn’t really do much with 14lbs other than bowl with it lol. Although my bowling swing is more like a natural pendulum rather than lifting or forcing it, I imagine it’s kinda like Pilates and that’s why it made my arm toned.
