Well yeah, I’m rather light and when I started bowling I didn’t go to the gym AT ALL. I started going to the gym 3 years after I started bowling. I was thin and weighed around 120lbs. Plus I bowl with a 14lb ball. At that time I couldn’t really do much with 14lbs other than bowl with it lol. Although my bowling swing is more like a natural pendulum rather than lifting or forcing it, I imagine it’s kinda like Pilates and that’s why it made my arm toned.
