Trail mix tbh. Nuts and raisins (and m&ms) have like enough fat and energy to get me to push thru another 2 hours when I’m feeling weak but don’t want a full meal

i eat nothing. i refuel after. eating before isn’t always optimal, depending on the part of your diet you’re on

Toast with jam or banana. Carbs, easy on stomach, banana has good potassium
