I benched 325 my junior year of highschool, and the next month I tore my ucl and then after my senior year, my college coaches made me get surgery on it. I dropped all the way into the 250s for the 6-7 months I was able to workout for. (1/2)

(2/2) Just yesterday I felt great after my set of 275 so I decided to rip it. I finally hit 315 after 4 years and I haven’t felt a bigger rush of emotion in so long. Just sharing to say to stay the path, and to not give up even if your goal feels impossible.
