Gyms just part of the routine bro who needs 4 hrs of doomscrolling. 5 hrs of working out a week not even and u can look like a God. So long as that fuckin diets in check. Can’t get super dopamine hits from burgers everyday and get drunk whenever I feel like it .

Gymming is normal for me now, I feel weird not going. Bad food still tastes so good though, that’s always gonna be a struggle
