For those who are wondering I am in a calorie deficit in 2-3 month periods, my diet (protein, complex carbs, fiber, etc), I limit processed foods and sugars, weight training 3-4x a week plus cardio, drink water, sleep 6-8 hours, very little caffeine, and vitamins. My health is fine but my body fat is so stubborn it’s aggravating 😭
